北京市大兴区高校青年学生HIV检测意愿及影响因素分析

Willingness and influencing factors on HIV testing among college young students in Daxing District,Beijing

目的探讨北京市大兴区高校青年学生HIV的检测意愿及影响因素。方法2019年5-6月选择北京市大兴区6所高校就读的在校学生作为研究对象,以班级为单位进行整群抽样后完成现场问卷调查。描述参与调查的高校青年学生一般情况、HIV检测意愿分布情况及高校青年学生HIV检测意愿的影响因素。结果1567名调查对象中,有864人(55.14%)表示有HIV检测意愿。产生HIV检测意愿的原因分布中,以“明确自己的HIV感染情况”占据比例最高,达到60.42%。排斥HIV检测的原因分布中,以“暴露个人隐私”占据比例最高,达到52.06%。受教育程度、艾滋病知识了解情况、HIV检测史、担心受到HIV感染、艾滋病患者的社会歧视情况,成为北京市大兴区高校青年学生HIV检测意愿的独立影响因素(OR=10.339,5.835,10.114,38.783,14.396,P均<0.05)。结论北京市大兴区高校青年学生人群中,认同HIV检测意愿的比例较高。根据群体特点和检测需求,以便捷、无创、匿名为前提的检测方式更能让大兴区高校青年学生HIV检测可及。

Objective To explore the willingness and influencing factors of HIV testing among young college students in Daxing District,Beijing.Methods From May to June in 2019,students from six universities in the Daxing District of Beijing were selected as the research objects.Cluster sampling was carried out with the class as the unit before the on-site questionnaire survey was completed.To describe the general situation of young college students,the distribution of HIV testing willingness,and the influencing factors of HIV testing willingness.Results Among 1567 respondents,864(55.14%)expressed their willingness to be tested for HIV.Among the causes of HIV testing willingness,60.42%of them admitted of"knowing their own HIV infection status."Among the reasons for rejecting HIV testing,"exposure of personal privacy"accounted for the highest proportion,reaching 52.06%.Education level,AIDS knowledge,HIV testing history,fear of HIV infection,and social discrimination of AIDS patients were independent influencing factors of HIV testing willingness of young college students in Daxing District of Beijing(OR=10.339,5.835,10.114,38.783,14.396,all P<0.05).Conclusion Among the young college students in the Daxing District of Beijing,many were willing to accept HIV testing.According to the characteristics and needs of testing,a convenient,non-invasive and anonymous testing method can make HIV testing more accessible for young college students in Daxing District.
