As an important component of the industrial design of the passenger compartment space,an excellent seat design is an important element to enhance the comfort of the passenger interface. The paper mainly expounds the industrial design process,seat style design and the aesthetic design application in the CMF design process for the Beijing New Airport Express vehicle seat,and discourses the ergonomic data application and comfort design,the functional requirement component design of the seat,and the application of environmentally friendly materials for seat surface decoration.
