高校学术资本转化与区域创业——基于空间杜宾模型的实证研究

University Academic Capital Transformation and Regional Entrepreneurship:Empirical Research Based on the Spatial Durbin Model

为探究高校学术资本转化对区域不同类型创业的影响程度,本文使用空间杜宾模型对我国30个省份2009-2018年的面板数据展开分析,发现:高校R&D经费投入所带来的学术资本溢出能够显著推动本地区的机会型创业,以专利出售为形式的学术资本应用不仅能够推动本地区的机会型创业,也能提升其他地区的机会型创业活力,但两者对于生存型创业的影响并不显著;高校R&D人员投入所带来的学术资本溢出不仅能够促进区域机会型创业,也能推动区域的生存型创业,并且这一效应能够正向溢出到其它地区。

To explore the impact of the transformation of academic capital in universities on different types of entrepreneurship in the region,using the Spatial Durbin Model to study the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2009 to 2018,it is found that the academic capital spillover brought about by university R&D funding can significantly promote opportunity-pull entrepreneurship in the region,the academic capital application in the form of patent sales can not only promote opportunity-pull entrepreneurship in the region,but also enhance the vitality of opportunity-pull entrepreneurship in other regions. However,the impact of the two on necessity-push entrepreneurship is not significant;university R&D personnel investment can not only promote regional opportunity-pull entrepreneurship,but also promote regional necessity-push entrepreneurship,and this effect can positively spill over to other regions. Based on this,targeted policy recommendations are put forward.
