摘要
目的了解市售婴幼儿配方乳粉中氯酸盐和高氯酸盐污染情况。方法在广州市随机采集134份市售婴幼儿配方乳粉,参考BJS 201706《食品中氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的测定》进行处理,采用同位素-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定氯酸盐和高氯酸盐含量,并对检测结果进行分析。结果婴幼儿配方乳粉存在受氯酸盐污染比高氯酸盐污染的情况,氯酸盐和高氯酸盐检出率分别为89.6%和56.7%,氯酸盐和高氯酸盐检出值范围分别是5.51~2150、3.36~402μg/kg。结论对照欧洲食品安全局设定氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的每日可耐受摄入量评估,20.9%~26.2%的婴幼儿配方乳粉的氯酸盐含量较高,18.4%~38.1%的婴幼儿配方乳粉的高氯酸盐含量较高,可能对婴幼儿群体带来食用安全风险,应引起关注。
Objective To investigate the contamination situation of chlorate and perchlorate in infant formula milk powder. Methods Totally 134 infant formula milk powders collected from Guangzhou region were detected referring to BJS 201706 Determination of chlorate and perchlorate in food, with isotope-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and the results were analyzed. Results The infant formula milk powders were contaminated by chlorate and perchlorate, with the positive rates of 89.6% and 56.7%, respectively. The concentration ranges of chlorate and perchlorate in positive samples were 5.51-2150 and 3.36-402 μg/kg, respectively. Conclusion According to the assessment of daily tolerable intakes of chlorate and perchlorate set by the European Food Safety Authority, 20.9%-26.2% of infant formula milk powder has high chlorate content, and 18.4%-38.1% of infant formula milk powder has high perchlorate content, which may bring safety risks to infants and young children and should be concerned.
