区域义务教育评价的重点应转向优化教育生态。良好的区域教育生态应体现区域教育的优质、均衡和公平发展。结构型质量,整合学校办学质量和学生发展质量,从教育均衡、优质和公平的三个维度,反映区域内教育资源配置的科学性与合理性、各类教育的协调发展以及发展状态的可持续性。评价区域的结构型质量,有利于缩小区域内公民办和城乡教育差异,缩小贫寒家庭子女与普通家庭、富裕家庭子女的教育差距,实现区域教育质量的优质、均衡和公平发展。

The emphasis of regional compulsory education evaluation should turn to optimizing education ecology.
