Structural Quality: Evaluation Innovation of Regional Education Ecological Level

摘要 区域义务教育评价的重点应转向优化教育生态。良好的区域教育生态应体现区域教育的优质、均衡和公平发展。结构型质量,整合学校办学质量和学生发展质量,从教育均衡、优质和公平的三个维度,反映区域内教育资源配置的科学性与合理性、各类教育的协调发展以及发展状态的可持续性。评价区域的结构型质量,有利于缩小区域内公民办和城乡教育差异,缩小贫寒家庭子女与普通家庭、富裕家庭子女的教育差距,实现区域教育质量的优质、均衡和公平发展。 The emphasis of regional compulsory education evaluation should turn to optimizing education ecology. Good regional education ecology should reflect the high quality, balanced and fair development of regional education. Structural quality,integrating school running quality and student development quality, reflects the scientificity and rationality of regional education resource allocation, the coordinated development of all kinds of education and the sustainability of development state from three dimensions of education balance, quality and fairness. The evaluation of regional structural quality is conducive to narrowing the difference between citizen run and urban-rural education in the region, narrowing the education gap between children from poor families and children from ordinary families and rich families, and achieving high-quality, balanced and fair development of regional education quality.
