跨国垄断资本与主权国家的当代矛盾——论当代新资本形态内在矛盾的一种表现形式

The Contemporary Contradiction between Transnational Monopoly Capitals and Sovereign States--On a Manifestation of the Inherent Contradiction of Contemporary New Forms of Capital

在21世纪进入20年代之际,随着世界经济政治局势的深度调整,当代全球资本主义内在矛盾中的一个重要方面被暴露出来,即金融化和全球化进程所造就的跨国垄断资本同主权国家本身之间的矛盾。它是列宁等马克思主义理论家所揭示的资本主义发展时空不平衡这一矛盾的当代表现。跨国资本同主权国家在当代相互依存、相互挟持,但其利益又在一定程度上相互冲突。这种冲突削弱了垄断资本同资产阶级国家联合起来遏制工人力量的能力,导致了经济活动的资本积累功能和社会治理功能的分离;它在资本同主权国家之间的矛盾裂隙中孕育着新的革命契机,也为新兴国家的崛起提供了历史机遇。

With the in-depth adjustment of the world political and economic situation since 2018 and the outbreak of COVID-19,an important aspect of the inherent contradictions of contemporary global capitalism has been exposed,that is,the contradiction between sovereign states and transnational monopoly capitals created by financialization and globalization.It is a contemporary manifestation of the unbalanced spatial and temporary development of capitalism revealed by Lenin and other Marxist theorists.Transnational capitals and sovereign states are interdependent but their interests conflict with each other to a certain extent.This conflict constrains the ability of monopoly capital to unite with the bourgeois state to suppress the power of workers,and leads to the separation of the function of capital accumulation and that of social governance in the economic sphere.A new conjuncture of revolution is born in the contradictory rift between capital and the sovereign state,and historical opportunities are also provided for the rise of emerging countries.
