施氮量和密度与DEP1/dep1对高产粳稻品种武运粳8号产量和品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过2年大田试验,比较武运粳8号(WYJ8,dep1)与导入DEP1的武运粳8号互补系(WYJ8-CP)的产量和稻米品质,研究氮肥水平和密度与DEP1/dep1基因对高产粳稻品种产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在减少氮肥供应的情况下WYJ8-CP的产量高于WYJ8,后者更耐受高氮肥水平。在低氮肥条件下提高移栽密度有助于获得更高的产量,但WYJ8的响应范围较WYJ8-CP窄。氮肥水平增加后,WYJ8和WYJ8-CP的加工品质响应差异不大。WYJ8-CP的直链淀粉含量和胶稠度与WYJ8差别不大,但蛋白质含量和糊化温度显著低于WYJ8,其蒸煮食味品质有所提高。这一研究说明在低氮肥水平下,育成品种中利用DEP1基因有助于提升产量和稻米品质。 To clarify the interactive effect of nitrogen(N)supply rate,planting density and DEP1/dep1 on rice grain yield and quality,we compared a high yielding japonica rice variety Wuyunjing 8(WYJ8,dep1)with its DEP1 complementary line(WYJ8-CP)through two year field experiment.The results showed that WYJ8-CP produced higher grain yield than WYJ8 under reduced N rate,and the latter was more tolerant to high N rate.Increasing planting density under low N rate promoted grain yield,but the response range of WYJ8 was less than that of WYJ8-CP.The milling qualities of WYJ8 and WYJ8-CP did not respond significantly to N rate change.The amylose content and gel consistency of WYJ8-CP were similar to those of WYJ8,but the protein content and gelatinization temperature were significantly lowered,so the cooking and eating qualities of WYJ8-CP improved significantly.The results indicated that utilization of DEP1 instead of dep1 could improve rice yield and quality at lower N rate.
