微波辐射和截根对华山松苗木生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交设计开展不同的微波辐射时间、次数及截根组合对苗木生长量和生物量影响的试验,研究微波辐射时间、次数和截根方式对华山松(Pinus armandii)苗木生长的影响。结果表明:处理组合间平均地径、苗高、上胚轴直径和轴长均呈现极显著差异。影响华山松苗木生长的主导因子随着苗龄的增长而改变,且影响不同生长指标的主导因子也不同。苗龄7个月时,全株、根、茎和叶平均烘干重分别为0.523~0.754、0.157~0.257、0.137~0.227和0.230~0.297 g·株^(-1)。苗龄8个月时,地径和苗高最优的处理组合为20 s辐射1次、桶内截根(A2B1C2)。通过微波辐射和截根的组合处理可促进华山松苗木生长。 The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of microwave radiation time seconds, frequency and root cutting methods on the growth of Pinus armandii seedlings, by means of the L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal experiment. There were significant differences of basal diameters(BDs), seedling heights(SHs), epicotyl diameters and lengths(EDs and ELs) between the treatment combinations(TCs)(P<0.01). The dominant factors affecting the growth of P.armandii seedlings also changed with the growth stages the seedlings, and the dominant factors affecting different growth parameters were also different. The mean oven-dried biomass of the whole seedling, root, stem and leaf was 0.523-0.754, 0.157-0.257, 0.137-0.227 and 0.230-0.297 g·seeding^(-1) for 7-month-old seedlings, respectively. There was no significant difference in the above parameters between the TCs. The practical optimal TC of the BDs and SHs was the 20 s radiated once with cutting root in the containers(A2B1C2) for 8-month-old seedlings. The combination of microwave radiation and root cutting facilitated seedling growth of P.armandii.
