爱国主义价值观融入少数民族大学生法治教育的内涵与路径

少数民族大学生爱国主义教育既是社会主义核心价值观教育的必然要求,也是推进民族地区经济社会发展、维护边疆稳定和长治久安的重要支撑。培育和提高少数民族大学生的法治意识,需要树立正确的国家观、法治观和人生观,正确把握国家认同与民族认同、民族意识和中华民族共同体意识的相互关系和时代内涵。少数民族大学生法治教育要坚持爱国主义教育与法治教育的创新融合。把爱国主义价值观教育融入少数民族大学生法治教育,成为新时代高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育的重要任务。以社会主义核心价值观为引领,通过建设爱国主义价值观教育基地、精品法治教育教材课程和校园法治文化阵地,创建"网、端、微"法治教育平台等方式,凝聚爱国力量,滋养爱国精神,厚植爱国情怀,使少数民族大学生成为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的坚定捍卫者。

Patriotism education for minority college students is not only an inevitable requirement of socialist core values education,but also an important support for promoting the economic and social development of ethnic areas,maintaining stability and long-term peace and stability in the border areas.To cultivate and improve the awareness of the rule of law of minority college students,we need to establish a correct view towards country,law and life,and correctly grasp the mutual relationship and connotation of the era in between national identity,ethnic identity,and the Chinese national community consciousness.It is an important part of the ideological and political education of minority college students in the new era to insist on the innovation and integration of patriotic education and rule of law education,and to integrate the education of patriotic values into the education of minority college students’rule of law.Guided by the socialist core values,through the construction of patriotic values education center,education materials curriculum and etc.,it is important to set up rule of law education platform so as to foster patriotism,and cultivate minority college students to become the dedicated supporter for enforcing Chinese national community consciousness.
