自制退热贴对小儿外感低中度发热退热效果的临床观察

Clinical observation on antipyretic effects of self-made Tuire Tie(退热贴)in the treatment of children with externally-contracted low to moderate fever

目的观察自制退热贴对小儿外感低中度发热退热的效果。方法选取海宁市中医院儿科2018年11月至2019年11月收治的外感低中度发热患儿200例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各100例。2组均给予止咳化痰、补液等对症处理;若属细菌感染者,予头孢克洛抗感染治疗;嘱饮食清淡,多饮水,注意休息。对照组采用医用降温贴贴敷于额头,治疗组采用自制退热贴(外感发热方)贴敷于双侧涌泉穴,2组均连续贴敷4 d后统计退热效果。结果对照组总有效率为70.0%(70/100),治疗组为90.0%(90/100),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗48 h、72 h、96 h后退热幅度均较对照组显著,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制退热贴能明显缩短小儿外感低中度发热的时间,退热效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of self-made Tuire Tie(退热贴)in the treatment of children with externally-contracted low to moderate fever.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,200 cases of children with externally-contracted low to moderate fever admitted into pediatrics department in Haining Hospital of TCM were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The 2 groups were both given relieving cough and resolving phlegm as well as fluid infusion symptomatic treatment.In case of bacterial infection,cefaclor was given as anti-infective therapy;Advised to eat light diet,drink more water,and pay attention to rest.The control group was applied with medical cooling paste on the forehead,and the treatment group was applied with self-made Tuire Tie(externally-contracted fever prescription)on bilateral Yongquan(KI 1).We kept statistics about the antipyretic effects of the 2 groups after 4 days of continuous application.Results The total effective rate was 70.0%(70/100)in the control group and 90.0%(90/100)in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.01).After 48 hours,72 hours and 96 hours of treatment,the antipyretic amplitude of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Tuire Tie can significantly shorten the time of children with externally-contracted low and moderate fever,and the antipyretic effects are significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
