中医儿科学课程融入医德教育的思考与实践

Thinking and practice of integrating the course of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine into medical ethics education

中医药院校专业课程"课程思政"建设的主旨是培养热爱中医药事业,具有传承创新、勇于实践的实用型中医人才。中医儿科学作为长春中医药大学校级思政示范课程,在临床教学实践中充分融入医德教育,尤其将国医大师王烈教授医德医风作为主讲内容,梳理古代医德文献,指出医德主要包括仁爱济世、博学精术、清廉尚义;在实践教学中,通过国医大师进课堂、临床教师讲医德、指导学生学医德等形式开展医德教育,并对中医专业课程融入名医医德医风教育模式进行了剖析,为传承名医经验、培养中医人才的新观念和新模式提供了有益探索。

The main purpose of the construction of"curriculum of ideological and political theory education"in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine is to cultivate practical talents of traditional Chinese medicine who love the cause of traditional Chinese medicine,have inheritance and innovation,and have the courage to practice.As a model course of ideological and political education in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine is fully integrated into medical ethics education in clinical teaching practice.In particular,professor WANG Lie’s medical ethics and style is taken as the main content.Through sorting out ancient medical ethics literature,it is pointed out that medical ethics mainly includes benevolence and benefiting mankind,erudition and skillfulness in medicine,incorruptibility and justice-advocate.In the practice teaching,medical ethics education is carried out in the form of traditional Chinese medicine masters entering the classroom,clinical teachers delivering medical ethics,guiding students to learn medical ethics,and the medical ethics education mode of famous doctors is analyzed,which provides beneficial exploration for inheriting the experience of famous doctors and cultivating new ideas and modes of Chinese medicine talents.
