University of Seoul is a high-level comprehensive university serving and representing Seoul.This paper introduces the orientation and philosophy of University of Seoul,and the structure,function and operation of its internal governance system.On this basis,it summarizes the characteristics of the internal governance of University of Seoul and expounds its enlightenment to the internal governance of universities in China.
