数字经济时代新商科专业群人才培养模式探析

Research on New Business Professional Group Talent Cultivation Mode in the Era of Digital Economy

在数字经济时代,新商科人才培养模式亟待改革。文章着眼于新时代数字化人才特质和人才培养的新要求,分析了传统商科向新商科转型存在的问题,提出了新商科专业群人才培养的改革路径。新商科专业群应遵循数字经济发展规律,将全供应链数字化管理的智能技术融入课程体系,打造全供应链数字化管理的跨界人才教学团队,基于全供应链数字化管理的先进内容开展信息化教学,培养具有全供应链数字化管理思维、知识、能力和素养的人才。

In the era of digital economy,the new business talent training mode needs to be reformed.Focusing on the characteristics of digital talents in the new era and the new requirements of talent training,this paper analyzes the problems of the transformation from traditional business to new business,and puts forward the reform path of talent cultivation for the“new business”professional group.Professional group of“new business”should follow the digital economy law of development,integrate intelligent digital management technology of the whole supply chain into the curriculum system,train the cross-border digital supply chain management talents to create teaching team,carry out the informatization teaching with advanced content based on the digital management of the whole supply chain,in order to cultivate talents with thinking,knowledge,ability and literacy of the whole supply chain digital management.
