TiC_(0.6)的制备及其电化学腐蚀性能研究

摘要 用Ti、Al、C粉为原料,热压烧结法制备纯度较高的TiC_(0.6)陶瓷,研究球磨时间、温度、压力对合成TiC_(0.6)的影响及TiC_(0.6)在不同酸溶液中的电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明:最佳球磨时间为12 h,最佳烧结温度为1 500℃,随烧结温度升高,游离C原子含量减少;压力可有效促进TiC_(0.6)生成;TiC_(0.6)在HCl溶液中的腐蚀主要为晶间腐蚀,在H2SO4溶液中为均匀腐蚀,在HNO3溶液中TiC_(0.6)易生成一层致密钝化膜,表现出良好的耐蚀性能。 TiC_(0.6) ceramic with high purity was fabricated by hot sintering using raw materials of Ti powder,C powder and Al powder. The effects of milling time,sintering temperature and pressure on the fabrication of TiC_(0.6),and the corrosion behaviors of TiC_(0.6) in different dilute acid solutions were studied. The results show that the best milling time is 12 h. The best sintering temperature is 1 500 ℃. When sintering temperature increases,the content of free C atoms decrease. Pressure can effectively promote the formation of TiC_(0.6). TiC_(0.6) exhibites typical intergranular corrosion in HCl solution and uniform corrosion in H2SO4 solution. However,a protective passivation film forms on the TiC_(0.6) when immersed in HNO3 solution.
