临床实习期医学生与患者互动对其职业精神培养的研究与启示 被引量:3

摘要 医学生职业精神的培养是医学教育中院校教育阶段的重要任务。其中,临床实习期是医学生职业精神得到培养和提升的关键时期。实习期间医学生与患者互动是医学生接触临床、实现能力转化的重要途径,是培养职业精神的关键环节。本文通过总结临床实习期医学生职业精神培养的相关研究,发现医学生的职业精神发展受到与患者互动体验的影响,体验式学习理论具备解释医学生与患者互动对职业精神影响机制的潜力,进而能够应用于指导临床实习期医学生在与患者互动过程中职业精神的培养实践,最终期望为我国医学院校临床实习期医学生的职业精神培养提出建议。 Cultivating the professionalism of medical students was an important task in the education process of medical schools.The clinical clerkship was a critical period for medical students to develop their professionalism.During this period,the interaction between medical students and patients was the main way for medical students to contact the clinic and improve their capacity,and also a key to foster professionalism.This article summarized the research on the professionalism training of medical students during clinical clerkship,and found that the professionalism development of medical students was affected by the interactive experience with patients.The experiential learning theory had the potential to explain the mechanism of the professionalism of the interaction between medical students and patients,and so may be well applied to guide the process of interactions between students and patients.At the same time,it provided suggestions for the professionalism training of medical students during clinical clerkship.
