摘要
随着大数据、人工智能等技术的创新发展,虚实结合的智慧零售被认为是继实体零售和虚拟零售后的第三次革命。着眼于苏宁易购智慧零售战略与轻资产盈利模式的协同效应,从利润源、利润点、利润杠杆、利润通道、利润屏障五个要素分析轻资产价值创造过程。阐述了智慧零售下轻资产盈利模式面临资金需求压力大、成本费用控制难、资金运营效率低和核心盈利点未形成四大财务挑战,提出“三流合一”布局战略合作、实施供应链成本预算管控、构建“人、货、场”数字化链接效率体系和打造三端平台差异化聚合模式等应对措施。
With the innovation and development of big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the combination of virtual and real smart retail is considered to be the third revolution after the physical retail and virtual retail.This paper focuses on the synergy between Suning's smart retail strategy and asset-light profit model,and analyzes the value creation process of asset-light profit model from the five elements of profit source,profit point,profit leverage,profit channel and profit barrier.This paper expounds the four financial challenges faced by the profit model of light assets under the smart retail,which are the pressure of capital demand,the difficulty of cost control,the low efficiency of capital operation and the lack of core profit points.And put forward four countermeasures:three in one layout of strategic cooperation,the implementation of supply chain cost budget control,the construction of"people,goods,field"digital link efficiency system and the construction of three terminal platform differentiation aggregation mode.
