考虑多种交通方式的高速铁路列车开行方案优化研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提升高速铁路在旅客运输市场中的运输效益和竞争力,考虑运输市场中其他交通方式的影响,引入对出行路径的差异定价,通过细致刻画旅客的出行选择行为以实现高速铁路开行方案的优化。基于差异定价策略,提出考虑弧段容量限制的随机用户均衡客流分配策略,并构建双层规划模型,其中上层模型以高速铁路运输效益最大为目标来对列车开行方案进行优化,下层模型以旅客总出行费用最小为目标进行客流分配,设计改进的粒子群算法对该模型进行求解。以京沪高速铁路列车开行方案为例,对模型的正确性及有效性进行了验证,为适应市场环境下高速铁路开行方案的优化提供支持。 Considering the impact of other transportation modes in the transportation market, this paper introduced differential pricing for travel routes and optimized the train operation diagrams on high speed railways by characterizing the travel choice behavior of passengers. The goal was to improve the transportation benefits and competitiveness of high speed railways in the passenger transportation market. Based on the differential pricing strategy, a passenger flow allocation strategy for stochastic user equilibrium considering arc capacity limitations was proposed, and a bi-level programming model was constructed. The upper model optimized the train operation diagram to maximize transportation benefits on high speed railways, and the lower model allocated passenger flow to minimize the total travel cost of passengers. An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was designed to solve the model. Taking the train operation diagram on the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway as an example, this paper verified the correctness and effectiveness of the model, providing support for optimizing the train operation diagram on high speed railways in the market environment.
