摘要
近年来,国内冷链运输需求呈现爆发式增长,为在激烈的市场竞争中进一步提高铁路冷链物流的占有率,通过对目前铁路冷链物流模式存在的普遍问题进行分析,并结合当前铁路冷链物流的实际情况,创新性地运用RFID+GPS+NB-IOT等现代信息技术手段,将硬件系统与软件系统进行有机结合,提出冷链物流智能化设计的架构与关键技术。研究成果可以有效提高铁路冷链运输效率,实时提供冷链运输过程中的货品温湿度和位置信息,解决铁路冷链传统物流模式存在的问题,具有较显著的实用价值和经济效益。
In recent years, China’s demand for cold chain transportation has presented explosive growth. To improve the share of railway cold chain logistics in the fierce market competition, considering the actual situation of railway cold chain logistics, this paper analyzed the common problems in the current mode of railway cold chain logistics and innovatively used RFID + GPS + NB-IOT and other modern information technologies. The architecture and key technologies for the intelligent design of cold chain logistics were realized after the hardware system was combined with the software system. The research results can greatly improve the efficiency of railway cold chain transportation, provide the real-time temperature, humidity and location information about cold chain goods in the transportation process, and solve some pain problems in the traditional mode of railway cold chain logistics. The results of this paper have great practical value and economic benefits.
