成都轨道交通产业竞争力水平综合评价研究 被引量:9

摘要 轨道交通产业作为成都重点发展的优势产业之一,产业生态圈已初具雏形,但整体产业规模、生态圈能级和成果转化等方面存在不足。基于成都轨道交通产业现状与特点,构建包含5个一级指标和27个二级指标的轨道交通产业竞争力评价指标体系;通过层次分析法-熵权法确定评价指标的组合权重,并构建竞争力水平评价模型;分别从时间差异与内部结构差异的视角,评价分析成都轨道交通产业的竞争力水平。结果表明,成都轨道交通产业竞争力水平年均增幅达到8.6%,保持较快增长趋势,发展态势良好,但若干指标还有待进一步优化。 The rail transit industry has become one of the key advantageous industries of Chengdu nowadays and its ecosphere has begun to take shape. However, there are still obvious deficiencies in the overall industry scale, energy level of the ecosphere, and transformation of scientific and technologic alachievements. Based on the development status and characteristics of the Chengdu rail transit industry, anevaluation index system reflecting industrial competitiveness was constructed, including 5 targets in grade 1 and 27 in grade 2. Then, the combined weight of the evaluation indexes was determined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) coupled with the entropy weight method, and the competitiveness evaluation model was established. Finally, the competitiveness of the Chengdu rail transit industry was evaluated from the perspectives of differences in time and the index system’s internal structure. The results show that the competitiveness of the Chengdu rail transit industry increases by 8.6% annually on average, which indicates a rapid competitiveness growth and a good development trend of the industry. Noteworthily, some indexes still need further optimization.
