摘要
网络化运营时代,客流与日俱增,在保障乘客安全出行的前提下,精准识别车站客运安全风险瓶颈并落实针对性风险防控措施是城市轨道交通运营管理的首要任务。通过分析乘客与设备设施、列车运行及客流管控间的动态作用关系,构建以乘客出行活动链为序列的车站客运安全风险评价指标体系,基于层次分析法赋予指标权重,划分风险等级,建立风险数据库。在此基础上,识别广州城市轨道交通线网客运安全风险等级,研究车站客运安全风险防控,指导并形成客运安全分级评估机制,为线网客运组织策略的实时调整与优化提供决策支持,打造安全有序的网络运营环境。
In the era of network operation, passenger flow is increasing rapidly. On the premise of ensuring passengers’ safe travel, it is the primary task for the operation management of urban rail transit to accurately identify the risk bottleneck of passenger transport safety at stations and implement targeted risk prevention and control measures. By analyzing the dynamic interaction of passengers with equipment and facilities, train operation, and passenger flow management and control, this paper developed a risk evaluation index system for passenger transport safety at stations with the passengers’ travel activity chain as the sequence. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was employed to allocate the index weights, divide the risk levels, and establish the risk database. On this basis, the risk levels of passenger transport safety in Guangzhou urban rail transit network were identified, and the risk prevention and control of passenger transport safety at stations were studied. Finally, the evaluation mechanism of passenger transport safety was formed. Our findings provide decision support for the real-time adjustment and optimization of organizational strategy in the passenger transport network and create a safe and orderly network operation environment.
