摘要
通过对汽蚀现象的了解与基于实际工程的推导与计算得出:采用水泵抽出式的冷却水系统来避免汽蚀相对困难,而采用水泵压入式的冷却水系统来避免汽蚀相对简单。建议通过提高离心泵本身抗汽蚀性能和提高进液装置有效汽蚀余量来避免汽蚀。
Based on the understanding of cavitation phenomenon and the calculation of practical engineering,It is concluded that it is difficult to avoid cavitation by using the pump out cooling water system,while it is relatively simple to use the pump in cooling water system.It is suggested that cavitation can be avoided by improving the anti cavitation performance of centrifugal pump and the effective cavitation allowance of liquid inlet device.
