摘要
为解决160 L/min小流量安全阀冲击压力安全性试验装置的缺失,采用油泵系统、乳化液泵系统、油阀组、乳化液阀组、增压缸、蓄能器、箱体、液压管路等元部件搭建试验装置,通过向蓄能器组充入高压液,配合液压阀组控制,完成小流量安全阀的安全阀冲击安全性的测试。对安全阀内部流场、流量、压力进行了联合仿真计算,结果表明:得到合适参数,试验装置压力梯度及流量误差控制在10%以内,使试验装置可以满足国标针对小流量安全阀冲击压力安全性试验的流量及压力的检验要求。
In order to solve the lack of 160 L/min small flow safety valve impact pressure safety test device,the oil pump system,emulsion pump system,oil valve group,emulsion valve group,booster cylinder,accumulator,box,hydraulic pipeline and other components were used to build the test device.By filling the accumulator group with high-pressure liquid and cooperating with the control of hydraulic valve group,the impact safety test of safety valve of small flow safety valve was completed.The results showed that the pressure gradient and flow error of the test device were controlled within 10%,so that the test device could meet the requirements of the national standard for the flow and pressure test of small flow safety valve.
