基于层次分析法和模糊数学的凿岩机性能评价

摘要 气动凿岩机性能直接影响煤矿井下掘进效率和操作人员健康安全,为合理评判其综合性能,在分析其工作能力、安全性能、可靠性和人性化设计4个评价指标的基础上,应用层次分析法和模糊数学原理,建立了评价体系,全面、定量地反映出凿岩机综合性能。通过工程实例,系统地阐述了评价过程,验证了该研究成果的实用性和可操作性,该方法可以作为用户比对选型和生产企业对产品进行优化设计的工具。 The performance of pneumatic rock drill directly affects the efficiency of underground excavation and the health and safety of the operators.In order to evaluate its comprehensive performance reasonably,based on the analysis of four evaluation indexes of its working ability,safety performance,reliability and humanized design,the evaluation system was established by applying the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics,which could reflect the comprehensive performance of the rock drill comprehensively and quantitatively.Through an engineering example,the evaluation process was systematically described,and the practicability and operability of the research results were verified.This method can be used as a tool for comparison and selection of users and optimization design of products by manufacturers.
