摘要
针对密闭墙快速构筑技术中掏槽作业难度大、机械化程度低、劳动强度大等问题,并结合围岩修复治理施工需要,研制了WPZ-75/700型矿用巷道修复机。经现场工业性试验,整机结构设计合理、操控方便、掏槽作业成型效果好、运行稳定且可靠,为实现井下狭小空间“破、铲、装、铣”机械化、一体化作业提供了安全保障。
Aiming at the problems of difficult cutting operation,low mechanization degree and high labor intensity in the fast construction technology of closed wall,WPZ-75/700 type mine roadway repair machine was developed in combination with the needs of surrounding rock repair and treatment construction.Field industrial tests show that the whole machine has reasonable structural design,convenient operation and control,good cutting operation forming effect,stable and reliable operation,and provides safety guarantee for realizing mechanized and integrated operation of“breaking,shoveling,assembling and milling”in narrow underground space.
