中药提取物对凌云乌鸡后备公鸡生产性能的影响

Effect of Chinese Herb Extracts on Production Performance of Lingyun Silky Fowl Reserve Cocks

为研究复方中药提取物对凌云乌鸡后备公鸡生产性能的影响,试验随机选取1日龄的凌云乌鸡公雏1800只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮上添加中药提取物300 mg-kg1,进行为期150的饲养试验。结果表明:试验组育雏期和育成期的体重、成活率、体重均匀度、预备留种率明显高于对照组。说明中药提取物能显著提高凌云乌鸡后备公鸡的生产性能。

The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb extract on production performance of Lingyun silky fowl reserve cocks.The total of 1800 Lingyun silky fowl reserve cocks which were one day old were randomly divided into the control group and test group,with three replicates in each group.The control group was provided with basic diet,while test group was fed the basic diet with 300 mg-kg1 Chinese herb extract for 150 days.The results showed that the weight,survival rate,weight uniformity and seed reserve rate of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The results showed that the Chinese herb extract could improve production performance of Lingyun silky fowl reserve cocks.
