摘要 近年来我国水产养殖业发展迅速,呈现逐年增长的态势。但由于诸多因素影响,饲料原料的供给在一定程度上已经不能满足水产养殖业的发展需求。豆粕作为优质的植物性蛋白饲料,在水产养殖中的使用量较大,成本较高。文章列举了现阶段水产养殖中应用其他低成本蛋白源替代饲料中豆粕的案例及应用效果,旨在挖掘具有更大生产潜力的替代饲料,为新型水产饲料的开发与应用提供思路。 Aquaculture industry has developed rapidly in recent years, showing a trend of increasing year by year.However, affected by many factors, the supply of feed raw material has been unable to meet the development needs of aquaculture industry to a certain extent. As a high quality plant protein feed, soybean meal is widely used in aquaculture feed. In this paper, the cases and application effects of using other low-cost protein sources to replace soybean meal in feed in current aquaculture were listed, which, aimed at exploring the alternative feed with greater production potential, and provided the theoretical ideas and references for the production and application of new aquatic feed.
