蒽醌加氢法生产过氧化氢工业催化剂中的科学问题 被引量:6

Scientific issues in industrial catalysts for anthraquinone hydrogenation to produce hydrogen peroxides

摘要 烷基蒽醌加氢自氧化是过氧化氢生产技术中的重要反应过程,其中加氢催化剂是整个循环反应的核心,关系到过氧化氢(H2O2)生产工艺的生产能力和经济效益.本文从催化剂工业化的角度入手,重点阐述了钯基催化剂实用化过程需要解决的科学问题,包括:载体性质与Pd负载"牢固性"的关系、载体耐磨及耐热稳定性问题、Pd晶粒大小与催化剂活性和选择性关系、烷基蒽醌加氢过程中β-PdH相的作用机制以及合金化提高催化剂活性、选择性和稳定性,降低Pd用量等. Alkylanthraquinone hydrogenation and autooxidation are important processes in hydrogen peroxide production technology.The hydrogenation catalyst is the core of the entire cycle reaction,which is related to the production capacity and economic benefits of the hydrogen peroxide production process.From the perspective of catalyst practicality and industrialization,this paper focuses on the scientific problems that need to be solved in the practical use of palladium-based catalysts,including the relationship between the properties of carriers and the"firmness"of Pd loading,wear resistance and thermal stability of supports,the relationship between Pd crystal size and catalyst activity and selectivity,the mechanism of β-PdH phase in the process of alkylanthraquinone hydrogenation,and the scientific issue of alloying to improve catalyst activity,selectivity and stability,and to reduce the amount of Pd.
