摘要
近年来,微震监测技术因其大范围、区域式、非接触等优势,已经被越来越多的矿山企业认可和采用,成为矿山地压灾害监测预警的主体措施。矿冶科技集团有限公司基于国家863、科技支撑等科技创新项目,研究开发了完全自主知识产权的BSN矿用微震监测系统,通过高精度微震传感器、波形自动滤波与异常波形剔除、高精度定位与地球物理解释、地压监测云服务平台等研发工作,大幅度提升了微震监测系统的定位精度及信号处理效率,构建了符合我国金属矿山工程应用实际需求的地压监测解决方案。该系统已在我国金属矿山成功应用,工程实践表明该系统在监测精度、预警效率等方面具有明显的技术优势和市场应用前景。
Because of advantage such as the large range,distributed and non-contract,microseismic monitoring system has become an important means of ground pressure disaster monitoring and early warning.Based on the national research program,BGRIMM Technology Group developed an BSN microseismic monitoring system with completely independent intellectual property rights,which has enhanced the hazard locating accuracy and signal processing efficiency by the research achievement such as microseismic signal acquisition,multi-channel time synchronization,denoising,automatic onset time picking and source location,constructing the total solution of ground pressure monitoring and hazard forewarning for China metallic mines.By employing the seismic activity analysis methods,the system could provide preliminary results of the risk assessment of the rock mass,which has obvious technical advantage and marketing prospection in monitoring accuracy and forewarning efficiency.
