摘要
随着5G+工业互联网技术的发展,利用5G技术的低时延、高带宽等特点,结合高清视频回传、AI、机器视觉、边缘计算等技术,能够实现在地面控制室以5G方式操控天车作业,使提升作业安全和作业效率,降低作业强度,改善作业环境。以某钢铁公司的5G天车远程控制及边缘云项目为例,阐述我国5G+工业互联网的现状,冶金行业5G+远程控制的应用场景需求和难点,并结合落地应用的个性化开发,说明其实现原理及解决方案。
With the development of 5G+industrial Internet technology,using the characteristics of 5G technology,such as low delay and high bandwidth,and combined with high-definition video backhaul,AI,machine vision,edge computing and other technolo-gies,the crane can be controled in 5G mode in the ground control room,which can significantly improve the operation safety,efficiency,intensity and environment.Taking the 5G crane remote control and edge cloud project of an iron and steel company as an example,it expounds the current situation of 5G+industrial Internet in China,the application scenario requirements and difficulties of 5G+remote control in metallurgical industry,and combined with the personalized development of landing appli-cation.it puts forward its implementation principle and solutions.
