传媒职业教育与区域产业的适应性发展路径探析

随着职业教育供给侧结构性改革不断深化,职业教育与区域产业的适应性发展要求逐步提升。近年来,湖南传媒职业教育为解决适应性问题,在对区域传媒产业人才需求调研的基础上,明确适应区域产业发展的复合型传媒人才的培养目标,建立与产业技术技能协同发展的传媒类教学体系,建设支撑区域产业发展的传媒类专业群,探寻传媒职业教育与区域产业的适应性发展路径。

With the continuous deepening of the supply-side structural reform of vocational education,the requirements for the adaptive development of vocational education and regional industries are gradually increasing.In recent years,based on the research on the talent demand of regional media industry,the training objectives of composite media talents adapted to the needs of regional industries have been clarified in the vocational education of media in Hunan Province.The teaching system of coordinated development with industrial technical skills has been established,and the media specialty group supporting regional industrial development has been built to actively explore the adaptive development path of media vocational education and regional industry.
