核心素养视野下高职“双创”人才培养研究——以商务英语专业为例

Research on the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents inHigher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Core Quality——Take Business English as an Example

为推动创新创业教育高质量、内涵式发展,高职院校必须遵循“全人教育”理念,在“双创”教育中融入基于心理品质、社会认知、创业取向、自我发展的创新创业核心素养的培育,优化创新创业教育体系,培养具备高度竞争力、胜任力、适应力的高职创新创业人才,促进高职教育社会功能的实现与良性发展。

In order to promote the high-quality and connotative development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,higher vocational colleges must follow the concept of"whole person education".Based on psychological quality,social cognition,entrepreneurial orientation and self-development,core qualityshould be integrated into the whole process of the cultivation of talents.Higher vocational colleges should optimize the educational system and cultivate talents with high competitiveness,competence and self-development,which can promote the realization and healthy development of the social function of higher vocational education.
