摘要
By measuring Raman scattering spectra of KTiOPO_(4)(KTP)crystal with several configurations,we found the orientation of polarizability tensor in flux-grown KTP(KTP_(F))was perpendicular to the orientation of polarizability tensor in hydrothermally grown KTP(KTP_(H)).Fluorescent and Raman spectra of KTP were measured from room temperature to 4.2K.The appearance of peaks at 135cm^(-1) and 8OOcm^(-1) at 77K and the temperature dependence of Raman spectrum lines are discussed.
