摘要 智慧教育环境建设为教育带来全新的改革发展机遇与挑战。诸多尚未成熟的智能技术进入校园,正在解构传统的师生关系,重构教育生态,引发诸多伦理冲突,带来各种各样的教育难题。各校应把握智慧教育的本质特征,充分权衡利弊,以师生利益最大化为基本原则,制订相应的标准规范与制度,严格落实执行,采取多种形式加强师生员工的技术与理念培训,提升全体人员数据安全意识,疏解师生心理焦虑,探索创新管理与教学方式和方法,形成先进的教学与管理理念,不断反思改进才能将智慧教育环境建设顺利进行。 Creating the intelligent educational environment brings forth new educational opportunities and challenges for education reform and development.As to the challenges,many immature intellectual technologies are being used in the campuses,deconstructing the conventional teacher-student relationship,reconstructing education ecosystem,triggering lots of ethical conflicts,and causing various education problems.The schools should grasp the substantive characteristics of intellectual education,fully weigh the advantages and disadvantages,and take the maximization of the interests of teachers and students as the basic principle.They should develop corresponding standards and systems and strictly implement them;enhance the technological and concept training of staff and students via multiple means;improve the data security awareness of staff and students and reduce their anxiety;explore the innovative management and teaching approaches and methodology,and develop advanced teaching and management philosophy;and keep learning and improving through reflection,so as to facilitate the fostering of the intelligent educational environment.
