高校科研文化建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。该文通过对高校科研文化内涵以及科研文化建设中存在的主要问题进行深入分析探讨,从物质文化、制度文化和精神文化等三个方面入手,提出进一步加强高校科研文化建设的路径,引导师生的价值追求和行为导向,催生自觉科研的内生动力,助推高校科研健康发展,以适应新时代高等教育内涵式发展的需要。

The scientific research culture of colleges and universities is an important element of construction of campus culture.This paper analyzes the connotation of scientific research culture in colleges and universities and the main problems existing in the construction of scientific research culture,and puts forward the path to further strengthen the construction of scientific research culture in colleges and universities from material culture,system culture and spiritual culture,so as to guide the value pursuit and behavior orientation of teachers and students and induce their intrinsic motivation of conscious scientific research,and boost the colleges and universities to develop healthily in terms of scientific research to meet the needs of connotative development of higher education in the new era.
