提高大学毕业生本地化就业率,对于发展当地经济,实现农村脱贫,推进我国经济均衡发展意义重大。然而在各地经济发展差异较为显著的情形下,就业流向不可避免地受到区域经济发展的影响。因此合理进行区域经济发展和就业流向的引导,增强区域就业吸引力显得尤为重要。高校应主动应对当地经济发展方向及行业趋势,从而实现政府、企业、学校、毕业生多赢发展。

Improving the local employment rate of college graduates is of great significance for developing local economy,getting rid of poverty in rural areas and promoting the balanced development of China's economy.However,the employment flow is inevitably affected by the regional economic development in the context where the economic development of different regions is quite different.Therefore,it is particularly important to reasonably guide the regional economic development and employment flow and enhance the attraction of regional employment.Colleges and universities should actively respond to the local economic development direction and industry trends,so as to achieve multi-win development for the government,enterprises,schools and graduates.
