中国共产党成立前后《加入共产国际的条件》在我国的传播及其影响

The Dissemination and Impact of A Statement of the Official Conditions for Entrance into the Third Communist Internationale in China before and after the Founding of the Communist Party of China

《加入共产国际的条件》是列宁领导的共产国际的行动纲领,是指导各国共产党加强自身建设的纲领性文献。在中国共产党成立前后,经赴法勤工俭学的蔡和森与毛泽东的书信联系间接传播了《加入共产国际的条件》的文件精神;在国内先由上海英文报刊,再由中文报刊翻译直接传播了《加入共产国际的条件》全文。《加入共产国际的条件》在我国的传播,不仅推动了"中国共产党"的命名,催生了中国共产党,各地共产党早期组织纷纷成立;而且传播了列宁东方革命理论,基本确立了中国共产党新闻舆论工作的党性原则。

A statement of the Official Conditions for Entrance into the Third or Communist Internationale was the program of action of the Comintern under Lenin's leadership,a programmatic document that guided the Communist Parties in all countries to strengthen themselves.Before and after the founding of the Communist Party of China,the spirit of the document was disseminated indirectly through the correspondence between Cai Hesen,who had gone to France to work and study,and Mao Zedong.In China,the full text of A statement of the Official Conditions for Entrance into the Third or Communist Internationale was disseminated directly by the English-language press in Shanghai and then by the Chinese-language press.The dissemination of the document in China not only led to the naming of the“Communist Party of China”,which gave birth to the Communist Party of China and the establishment of early CPC's organizations in various places,but also to the dissemination of Lenin's theory of the Eastern Revolution and the basic establishment of the Party Principle in the work of the CPC's press and public opinion.
