摘要
数控机床的空间运行精度是衡量其性能的重要指标之一,精度设计则是数控机床自主创新的重要环节。通过综述现有几种主要的误差建模方法,论述了各种灵敏度分析方法的特点,基于数控机床的组成结构,分别对数控机床的平动轴和旋转轴的误差检测和辨识方法进行归纳和分析。总结了现有建立数控机床整体精度的优化模型和精度优化分配研究情况,系统分析了数控机床精度优化设计中存在的问题,并探讨了其未来研究方向。
The spatial operation accuracy of the CNC machine tool is one of the important indicators to measure its performance,and the precision design is an important link in the independent innovation of CNC machine tools.In this paper,several main error modeling methods are summarized,and the characteristics of various sensitivity analysis methods are discussed.Based on the structure of CNC machine tools,the summary and analysis of the error detection and identification methods of translational axis and the rotry axis of CNC machine tools are carried out respectively.The existing research situation of the overall precision optimization model and precision optimization allocation of CNC machine tools are also summarized.The existing problems in the precision optimization design of CNC machine tools are systematically analyzed,and its future research direction is discussed.
