摘要
为了实现对物流配送过程的远程运维,达到真正的物流配送实时状态透明化,提出基于数字孪生(digital twins,DT)的物流配送调度系统。基于数字孪生基本概念,构建了物流配送数字孪生五维结构模型及数字孪生驱动下的物流配送系统整体框架。考虑到实际配送中物资常常无法按时送达,建立带有软时间窗的数学模型,并设计相应的算法内核对数学模型进行求解。最后,结合实例利用Plant Simulation仿真软件建立与现实物流配送完全映射的3D模型,借助配送过程实时数据,实现对物理空间的精确模拟和优化仿真。通过与传统物流配送优化仿真方法对比,验证了基于数字孪生的物流配送调度优化方法能够有效解决配送过程中由车况或路况出现的扰动所带来的影响,实现更优的物流配送。
In order to realize the remote operation and maintenance of logistics distribution process and the real real-time transparent logistics distribution,a logistics distribution scheduling system based on digital twins(DT)was proposed.Based on the basic concept of digital twins,the five-dimensional structure model of digital twins for logistics distribution and the overall framework of logistics distribution system driven by digital twin were constructed.Considering that the materials often cannot be delivered on time in the actual distribution,the mathematical model with soft time window was established,and the corresponding algorithm kernel was designed to solve the mathematical model.Finally,Plant Simulation software was used to build a 3D model that is fully mapped to the real logistics distribution.With the help of real-time data of the distribution process,accurate simulation and optimal simulation of the physical space were realized.Compared with the traditional logistics optimization simulation method,it is verified that the digital twinning optimization method can effectively solve the impact of vehicle or road condition disturbance during the distribution process,and realize better logistics distribution.
