摘要
增量成本是制约装配式建造模式推广发展的重要瓶颈,其形成原因主要是预制构件生产、运输与吊装各环节缺乏联动机制。从供应链集成的视点出发,聚焦于生产与运输阶段,分析预制构件的工艺流程和组批特征,构建了以准时交付和流程时间为目标的预制构件生产运输协同调度模型,并设计了改进的遗传算法进行求解。数据实验结果表明,模型的可行性强,能够有效改善预制构件的生产调度和运输管理,提高两者协同效率。
Incremental cost is an important bottleneck restricting the promotion and development of the prefabricated construction model.The main reason for its formation is the lack of linkage mechanisms in the production,transportation and assembly of prefabricated components.Starting from the perspective of supply chain integration and focusing on the production and transportation stages,a prefabricated component production and transportation collaborative scheduling model with the goal of punctual delivery and process time was established,including the process flow and batch characteristics of prefabricated components,and the model was solved by improved genetic algorithm.The experimental results show that the model is feasible,which can effectively improve the production scheduling and transportation management of prefabricated components,and improve the synergistic efficiency of both.
