摘要 "十三五"时期,绿色建筑处于平稳发展阶段,但绿色建筑市场份额相对较低,开发以及需求程度不均衡,仍然存在主体驱动力不足的问题。将政府、供应端、需求端作为主体,以绿色建筑市场环境作为中间变量,识别出影响绿色建筑发展的16个影响因素。以273份调查数据为基础,利用AMOS软件构建绿色建筑发展的驱动模型,分析政府、供应端、需求端和市场环境对绿色建筑发展的效应关系。研究结果表明:绿色建筑主体对绿色建筑发展均有正向推动作用,其主要驱动因素分别为财政激励政策、绿色建筑监管体系、预期收益、从业人员的技术水平、消费者对绿色建筑效益的认知和消费者的购买意愿,根据驱动因素制定绿色建筑发展的相关建议,推动绿色建筑规模化发展。 During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,green building is in a steady development stage,but the market share is relatively low.The development and the demand degree is unbalanced,and there are still problems of insufficient driving force.In this paper,the government,the supply side and the demand side are taken as the main body,and the green building market environment is taken as the intermediate variable to identify 16 influencing factors affecting the development of green building.Based on 273 survey data,a driving model of green building development was constructed with AMOS software,and the relationship between the government,supply side,demand side and market environment on the development of green building was analyzed.The results show that the main body of green building has a positive role in promoting its development.The main driving factors are fiscal stimulus policy,green construction supervision system,expected earnings,technical levels of the staff,consumer′s perception of the green building efficiency and their willingness to buy respectively.Relevant suggestions are formulated according to the driving factors to promote the scale of the development of green building.
