安徽省制造业高质量发展的对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of High Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Anhui Province

为寻求安徽省制造业高质量发展的路径,概述了近年来安徽省制造业的发展现状,通过构建制造业指标评价体系,使用灰色关联度分析模型,对安徽省制造业的发展进行了综合评价,结果表明安徽省制造业高质量发展过程中与行业规模、发展潜力和社会贡献的关联度最高,但在整体竞争力、创新动力和效率上限制了制造业的高质量发展。基于此,提出安徽省制造业高质量发展的路径和相关对策,即以市场竞争机制为准则,提高制造业竞争力;大力推动制造业创新动力的变革,有效激发制造业的创新活力;提高劳动生产效率,加快转变传统制造业发展方式。

In order to seek the path of high quality development of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province,it summarizes the development status of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province in recent years.Through building a set of evaluation index system for manufacturing industry and using Grey Relational Analysis model,it comprehensively evaluates the manufacturing industry in Anhui Province.The results show that the highest correlation degree for the high quality development of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province is industry scale,development potential and social contribution.The development of manufacturing industry is restricted by the weak competitiveness,insufficient innovation and low efficiency.Based on this,it puts forward the path and relative countermeasures of high quality development of manufacturing industry of Anhui Province.The market competition mechanism should be taken as the criterion to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing industry.Changes in the driving force for innovation in manufacturing industry should be vigorously promoted to effectively stimulate the vitality of manufacturing innovation.The transformation of the development mode of traditional manufacturing industry should be accelerated to improve the efficiency of labor productivity.
