一例由免疫失败引起的绵羊痘病例报告

Report of a Diagnosis of Sheep Pox Caused by Immune Failure

绵羊痘是羊较为常见的疾病之一。笔者对病死绵羊进行了临床症状观察与病理剖检,在光学显微镜下观察到脾脏大量充血、出血,有大量炎性细胞;肾小球有异物沉着,肾小管毛细血管充血,肾间质充血严重;乳腺部毛细血管允血,腺泡内大量上皮细胞增生为主,并未观察到病毒包涵体。病例经临床剖检和实验室检测,并结合临床发病情况以及词养情况分析最终确诊为绵羊痘。

Sheep pox is one of the more common diseases of sheep.The author carried out necropsy examination on the dead sheep.The pathological changes showed that the spleen was heavily congested,bleeding and had a large number of inflammatory cells.There were foreign body deposits in the glomerulus,capillary congestion in the renal tubules and serious congestion in the renal interstitium.The capillaries in the mammary gland were congested,and a large number of epithelial cells were proliferated in the acinus.No viral inclusion bodies were observed under light microscope.The results showed that the case was diagnosed as sheep pox after necropsy,laboratory test,clinical incidence and feeding environment analysis.
