伤力草对小鼠抗疲劳作用的研究

摘要 为了研究伤力草对小鼠的抗疲劳作用,探讨其可能存在的抗疲劳作用机理,笔者将45只小白鼠随机分为3组。2个试验组小鼠分别灌喂4 g/kg和8 g/kg的伤力草水煎液,对照组小鼠灌喂等量生理盐水。试验期为1周。通过测定负重游泳时间研究伤力草水煎液对小鼠的抗疲劳作用;测定血清尿素氮、肝糖原、血乳酸的含量,探究伤力草的抗疲劳机制。结果显示:试验1组、试验2组小鼠负重游泳时间与对照组相比,分别出现了10%和12%的延长,表明小鼠服用伤力草具有增强耐力运动适应性的趋势。肝糖原含量统计中,2个试验组与对照组相比分别出现了8%和9%的增量。但本次试验各项指标数据经检测差异均不显著,可能与伤力草煎液有效成分含量较低有关。 In order to study the anti-fatigue effect of Sanglicao on mice and explore its possible anti-fatigue mechanism,45 mice were randomly divided into three groups in the experiment.The mice in the two experimental groups were fed with 4 g/kg and 8 g/kg of Sangli-cao decoction,respectively,and the mice in the control group were fed with the same amount of normal saline.The trial lasted one week.The anti-fatigue effect of the decoction Shanglicao on mice was studied by measuring the weight-bearing swimming time;the content of serum urea nitrogen,glycogen and lactic acid in the blood was determined to explore the anti-fatigue mechanism.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight-bearing swimming time of the mice in the test group 1 and group 2 was increased by 10%and 12%,respectively,indicating that the mice taking Sanglicao decoction has a tendency to enhance endurance exercise adaptability.In the statistics of liver glycogen content,the two test groups showed an increase of 8%and 9%respectively compared with the control group.However,the test results showed that there was no significant difference in various index data in this experiment,which may be related to the low content of active ingredients in the decoction of Shanglicao.
