摘要
甘肃省、青海省、宁夏回族自治区和新疆维吾尔自治区作为中国少数民族聚居最为集中的地区之一,目前共拥有高校134所,在校学生超过68万人。近两年高校的食物浪费问题越来越受到关注,但该地区高校食堂食物浪费鲜有研究。文章对该地区4所高校进行调研,通过实证分析发现学生食物浪费的影响因素包括性别、年级、民族、父母教育以及家庭月收入等,并针对高校食堂浪费问题提出了相应的建议。
Gansu Province,Qinghai Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are among the most concentrated areas of ethnic minorities in China.There are currently 134 universities with more than 680,000 students.In the past two years,the issue of food waste in universities has attracted more and more attention,but there are few studies on food waste in university canteens in this area.The article investigates 4 universities in the region,and found through empirical analysis that the factors affecting students'food waste include gender,grade,ethnicity,parent education,and family monthly income,etc.,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the problem of waste in university canteens.
