粮食在收储过程中难免会出现损耗,降低收储质量,不利于粮食收储体系的建设。尽管近年来国家各种政策的落实,使粮食在收储环节的损失逐渐减少,但该环节的节粮减损任务依然严峻。文章就粮食浪费及损失问题的严重危害,分析了中国粮食收储体系存在的问题及深化改革的路径,以及粮食收储出现损耗的原因及节粮减损的有效策略,以期为促进粮食收储节粮减损提供参考。

In the process of grain collection and storage,loss will inevitably occur,which will reduce the quality of grain collection and storage,which is not conducive to the construction of grain collection and storage system.Despite the implementation of various national policies in recent years,the loss of grain in the collection and storage link has been gradually reduced,but the task of grain reduction and loss reduction in this link is still grim.This paper discusses the serious harm of grain waste and loss,analyzes the problems of Chinese grain collection and storage system and the path of deepening reform,the reasons of grain collection and storage loss,so as to provide reference for promoting the reduction of grain collection and storage.
