摘要
建立了顶空固相萃取-磷化氢测定仪快速测定粮食中磷化氢残留的方法。结果表明:其最佳顶空固相萃取条件为60℃恒温萃取30 min。顶空固相萃取-磷化氢测定仪法线性范围为0.00017~0.0028 mg/kg,相关系数0.9997,测定低限为0.00017 mg/kg;检测结果重复性较好,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.9%,样品加标平均回收率95.9%。与传统的钼蓝比色法相比具有快速、简便、灵敏度高等特点,适用于粮食中磷化氢残留的快速测定。
A method for rapid determination of phosphine residues in grain with headspace solid phase extraction-phosphine determinator was developed.It was the optimal extraction conditions for headspace solid phase extraction at 60℃for 30 min.The results show that linearity range of this method for headspace solid phase extraction-phosphine determinator was 0.00017~0.0028 mg/kg.The low limit of this determination was 0.00017 mg/kg and the correlation coefficients was 0.9997.The repeatability of detection results was preferable and the relative standard deviation was 2.9%.The recovery of grain sample was 95.9%.This rapid determination compared with molybdenum blue colorimetry was more fast,simple and sensitive.It was really applicable for rapid determination of phosphine residues in grain.
