EPL/PCL/HA复合支架修复兔颅骨骨缺损的实验研究

摘要 目的:观察EPL/PCL/HA复合支架能否用于骨缺损的修复。方法:20只新西兰大白兔颅骨上制备4个直径6mm的圆形贯通骨缺损,植入材料分为4组:1. BC,空白对照组;2. PCL组;3. PCL/HA组;4.EPL/PCL/HA组,分别在4周、8周时各处死10只动物。采用大体观察,micro-CT与硬组织磨片及组织切片等观察成骨效果。结果:EPL/PCL/HA复合支架在各时间点成骨效果均好于其他三组。结论:EPL/PCL/HA复合支架可以快速、有效修复兔颅骨临界骨缺损。 Objective:To observe whether the EPL/PCL/HA composite scaffold can be used for the restoration of bone defects.Methods:Critical bone defects with 6 mm diameter were prepared on twenty New Zealand white rabbit skulls.Four groups were made depending on the implanted materials:1.BC(blank control group);2.PCL group;3.PCL/HA group;4.EPL/PCL/HA group.Specimens were taken 4 weeks and 8 weeks after implantation for gross observation,Micro CT,hard tissue grinding slices and tissue sections were used to observe the osteogenesis outcome.Results:The osteogenesis effect of the EPL/PCL/HA composite scaffold was superior to the control groups at all time points.Conclusion:The EPL/PCL/HA scaffold is beneficial to reconstruct the critical bone defect of rabbit skull.
