摘要
咨询业是专业性很强,且以智力服务为特点的新兴行业,也是知识密集型产业,对专业型、知识型人才都有着很高的要求。咨询企业如何有效地开发、管理与利用人力资源,不仅关系到企业在市场中的核心竞争力,也直接影响到企业能否长远稳定地发展。本文选择X咨询公司作为实践案例,分析了该公司人力资源管理流程中存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了优化对策。
consulting industry is an emerging industry with strong professionalism and characterized by intellectual services.It is also a knowledge intensive industry,which has high requirements for professional and knowledge-based talents.How to effectively develop,manage and utilize human resources is not only related to the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market,but also directly affects the long-term and stable development of enterprises.This paper chooses x consulting company as a practical case,analyzes the main problems existing in the company's human resource management process,and puts forward optimization countermeasures.
