小儿推拿治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效

The clinical effect of Pediatric Tuina on children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever

目的观察小儿推拿在治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效。方法前瞻性分析2019年6月至2020年8月100例小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(小儿推拿治疗)与对照组(常规治疗),每组各50例。比较两组患儿中医证候积分在治疗前后的变化情况、临床症状(咳嗽、流涕、咽痛、发热)消失时间及总有效率。结果治疗后观察组患者鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏、咳嗽中医证候积分分别为(1.08±0.54)分、(1.31±0.23)分、(1.13±0.48)分、(1.04±0.31)分,均低于治疗前和治疗后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、流涕、咽痛以及退热时间分别为(2.01±0.24)d、(2.38±0.21)d、(2.31±0.24)d、(1.24±0.24)d,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染发热,在改善中医证候、缩短症状消失时间作用突出,疗效确切,可在临床广泛推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pediatric Tuina in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever.Methods A total of 100 children with acute upper respiratory infection and fever in children from June 2019 to August 2020 were prospectively analyzed and divided into the observation group(Pediatric Tuina treatment)and the control group(conventional treatment)according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms(cough,runny nose,sore throat,fever),and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups of children.Results The scores of TCM syndromes of nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing,and cough in the observation group after treatment were(1.08±0.54)points,(1.31±0.23)points,(1.13±0.48)points,(1.04±0.31)points,respectively,which were lower than those before treatment,and after treatment in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,runny nose,sore throat and fever in the observation group was(2.01±0.24)d,(2.38±0.21)d,(2.31±0.24)d,(1.24±0.24)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.0%in the observation group,which was higher than that of 80.0%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric Tuina therapy for children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and fever has a prominent role in improving TCM syndromes and promoting the disappearance of symptoms.It has a definite effect and can be widely used in clinical practice.
