摘要
基于生物信息学方法,探究了芍药甘草汤治疗疾病关键基因和通路。采用中药网络数据库平台(TCMSP)、GeneCards数据库搜索芍药甘草汤的靶点和TN(三叉神经痛)对应的所有靶点;利用细胞图谱3.7.2软件构建了"药物—成分—疾病—靶点"网络图并对关键靶点进行GO和KEGG分析。研究结果表明,TCMSP数据库共检索得到芍药甘草汤活性成分106个,IL1B、VEGFA、MAPK8等是芍药甘草汤治疗三叉神经痛的核心靶点,揭示了芍药甘草汤治疗三叉神经痛的作用机制。
Based on bioinformatics methods,the key genes and pathways of Shaoyao-gancao decoction in treating diseases were explored.All active ingredients and targets of Shaoyao-gancao decoction and all targets of disease TN(Trigeminal neuralgia)were searched by TCM network database platform(TCMSP)and Gene Cards database.The network diagram of"drug-component-disease-target"was constructed by using Cytoscape3.7.2 software,GO and KEGG analysis of key targets.The results prove that 106 active ingredients of Shaoyao-gancao decoction were retrieved from TCMSP database,IL1 B,VEGFA and MAPK8 were the core targets of Shaoyao-gancao decoction in treating trigeminal neuralgia Shaoyao-gancao which reveals the mechanism of Shaoyao-gancao decoction in treating trigeminal neuralgia.
